first full week of games
Mother Nature imposed her will to end last week, shelving the first Varsity matches of the year were cancelled. Fortunately, the wait to take the field again is not far off.
Varsity and JV1 will open Linn-Mar Stadium's spring events with a match vs Waukee, on Monday. Meanwhile both JV2 teams will also be playing Monday night (Black at North Scott, Red at home vs Jefferson--Armstrong Field).
By the end of the week (with the help of decent weather and reasonable field conditions) each team will have played at least two games.
