Tonya Moe became Linn-Mar's Athletic Director in 2022, after serving as the Associate AD for 13 years (2009). Prior to that Ms. Moe was a Health Instructor in the district (2006-2009); she began her Athletic Administration career at Vinton-Shellsburg.

Chris Fechner was named the Associate Athletic Director at the beginning of the 24-25 school year. Has over 25 yrs in education as a teacher, coach, Athletic Director, and Principal in South Dakota, and Iowa. He most recently worked at Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids as an engagement specialist and boys basketball coach.

Kelsey Rastetter became the Athletics Secretary in June 2022. Prior to that Miss Rastetter was a Program Assistant at Westfield Elementary (2013-2022). She is also one of the Girls Basketball coaches and has been a part of the program since 2012. Over the years, she has also coached at the High School, and the Middle Schools, in various sports.

Ashley is from Cedar Rapids, and graduated from Xavier High School, before attending the University of Iowa, where she earned her Undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine. She had worked for Progressive Rehab Associates for the last 5 years before accepting a position with Rock Valley PT.
