Chris Fechner was named the Associate Athletic Director at the beginning of the 24-25 school year. Has over 25 yrs in education as a teacher, coach, Athletic Director, and Principal in South Dakota, and Iowa. He most recently worked at Jefferson High School in Cedar Rapids as an engagement specialist and boys basketball coach.

Dan Hammes was named the Associate Athletic Director at the beginning of the 25-26 school year. He brings more than 17 years of experience in athletic administration, coaching, strength & conditioning, and operational leadership. Dan Hammes was named the Associate Athletic Director at the beginning of the 25-26 school year. He brings more than 17 years of experience in athletic administration, coaching, strength & conditioning, and operational leadership. He previously served as Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of the NCAA Division III American Rivers Conference. His background includes roles as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Iowa, North Dakota State University, and Wartburg College, as well as operational leadership in private sector organizations. Dan holds an M.B.A., an M.A. in Physical Education: Scientific Basis, and a B.A. in Fitness Management.

Kelsey Rastetter became the Athletics Secretary in June 2022. Prior to that Miss Rastetter was a Program Assistant at Westfield Elementary (2013-2022). She is also one of the Girls Basketball coaches and has been a part of the program since 2012. Over the years, she has also coached at the High School, and the Middle Schools, in various sports.

Trey came to Linn-Mar in June of 2024, via Elite Fitness. Prior to working at Linn-Mar, Trey attended Coe College where he played football for four years while studying kinesiology, graduating in December of 2022.
